Nanette Giacoma, Co-Chair
Nanette is owner and Business Consultant at True Balance, LLC. She offers strategic planning, business planning, leadership workshops and a variety of business consulting services. She brings more than 17 years of executive management experience.
Bob Reed, Co-Chair
Bob is an engineer, small business owner and theater professional. He has served on many boards of nonprofits and served as Managing Director of DeBaun Center for Performing Arts at Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey before relocating to Bath Maine.

Amy E. Waterman, Treasurer
Amy is a writer and museum professional, the former director of the Eldridge Street Project /Museum at Eldridge Street in New York City. She holds a PhD in Communications from NYU and is Development Director at Bowdoin International Music Festival. She lives in Brunswick.
Erika Helgerson Benson, Secretary
Assistant and Human Resources, Bath City Manager's Office, City of Bath. Erika is a life-long lover of both the creative arts and mid-coast Maine. She was raised in Bath and began working for the City in 2006.

Terry Driscoll
Terry is an Associate Broker, owner at Maine Home Realty, 15 Vine St, Bath. Terry holds an MBA in Business Management from San Diego State University. Terry lives in Bath.
Andrew Jawitz
Andrew is an oral historian, ethnomusicologist, documentary filmmaker ("The Eventful Life of Al Hawkes," May 2010) and banjo player. Andrew is co-founder of Mew Media Transit, an organization that is advocating for improved public transit and attracting young people to relocate to Maine. Andrew is one of the board’s tech communications specialists, and is particularly addressing Five Rivers mobile outreach.
Hati Modr
Hati is a visual artist living in Harpswell. She teaches painting, runs “The Blue Door” gallery and enjoys semi-retirement in Harpswell.
Keith Spiro
Keith is Director of Sales & Marketing at Kendall Press, Cambridge, MA and works as a freelance photographer, dividing his time between Manchester NH and Topsham, Maine. Keith spent 25 years as a Sales and Marketing executive with Xerox Corp. He has been instrumental in connecting Five Rivers to new constituents through Constant Contact, Facebook and Twitter.

Harriet A. Mosher, Executive Director
Prior to her with at Five Rivers Arts Alliance, Harriet served as Executive Director of Maine Writers & Publishers Alliance and
Arts Are Elementary. Other projects include the 1996 Artist Congress
in Portland and the E.A. Robinson Poetry Festival in Gardiner, Maine.
